What you will do

• Manage general ledger with complex journal entries and variance analysis.
• Support SOX compliance, internal controls documentation, and SEC reporting.
• Handle month-end/year-end closes, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews.
• Prepare financial reports applying ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Reconcile royalty obligations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits and drive accounting process improvements using AI and automation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years accounting experience in general ledger, financial close, reconciliations; public company experience a plus
• Strong GAAP knowledge for complex transactions
• Advanced Excel; NetSuite preferred
• Analytical skills, attention to detail
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
