What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle for operational and supply chain initiatives from initiation through post-go-live stabilization.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, and external partners.
• Establish and maintain project governance, including status updates, phase gates, and escalation management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks with defined owners and resolution timelines.
• Ensure go-live readiness through training coordination, documentation, and operational handoff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience delivering projects in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience leading transformation or network optimization initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Experience working in global or matrixed organizations with distributed teams.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
