Strategy & Operations Manager, Customer Success (Fintech): Driving the strategic shift towards larger customers and new verticals in the beauty and wellness industry with an accent on Customer Success strategy, onboarding, and account expansion. Focus on building execution processes, analyzing initiative economics, and collaborating cross-functionally to scale new customer segments.
Location: Hybrid: Must be commutable to NYC headquarters (3-4 days per week, required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Salary: $170,000–$215,000 base + target equity

What you will do
- Develop and execute a roadmap to successfully onboard and retain larger customers on the platform.
- Define day-to-day activities and the long-term evolution of the Onboarding Specialists organization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CX to align execution processes for lifecycle success and expansion.
- Analyze economics, value, and opportunity costs of various initiatives to determine investment and channel strategy.
- Design and execute tests and experiments to optimize customer success strategies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in operations, strategy, business analysis, or strategic finance.
- Experience working in a rapidly changing startup environment.
- Strong skills in data synthesis, analytical modeling, and root cause investigation.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Must be based in or be able to commute to New York, NY.
