What you will do

• Analyze, investigate, and summarize loan transactions across various loan products.
• Manage the Lending Operations JIRA queue for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting needs.
• Design and test new reports, dashboards, and tools for deployment to lending teams.
• Coordinate audit requests and facilitate responses between commercial lending teams and auditors.
• Draft lending procedures and diagram workflows for training pages.
• Test new features for the internal loan management system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lending required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Chevy Chase, MD on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JIRA and PowerBI.
• Previous intern experience during undergraduate studies.
