TL;DR

Client Experience Manager (Real Estate): Managing post-sale relationships and account strategy for builder clients on the hirify.global platform with an accent on data-driven insights and client onboarding. Location: Remote (USA) - Must be based in the United States

Salary: $32.70 - $55.00 hourly

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sale to post-sale and align on client strategy.
  • Build trusted relationships with builder clients, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day engagement.
  • Lead recurring client performance reviews, education sessions, and strategy discussions.
  • Analyze account and campaign performance to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Drive adoption of hirify.global products by educating clients on platform functionality and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Operations to advocate for client needs and improve internal processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related client-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience using CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to interpret performance data to develop meaningful insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in the United States.
