Salary: $59,000 – $78,900 USD (plus commission)

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for approximately 100 assigned accounts.
- Drive customer ROI by creating value plans and guiding users to maximize platform utility.
- Perform proactive and reactive outreach to identify goals, roadblocks, and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor account health to mitigate churn risks and defuse challenging customer situations.
- Analyze user engagement data to design targeted success campaigns and remote workshops.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to product and development teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, customer success, or account management.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to work within PST/MST hours.
- Strong de-escalation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
- Experience working effectively in a remote setting.
Nice to have
- Operational experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Tableau.
- Proficiency in workflows and best practices.
- Background in data or business performance analytics.
- Project management experience.
