What you will do

• Originate business from real estate investors, wholesale brokers, referral partners, and builders.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships within the retail branch network and with large-scale investors.
• Facilitate the loan application process, managing clients from initial consultation through term sheet generation to deposit.
• Educate borrowers on commercial loan products (bridge, fix-and-flip, construction) and pricing.
• Manage lead databases and pipelines within Salesforce using consistent follow-up routines.
• Meet and exceed weekly and annual production goals regarding call volume and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 3+ years of experience in commercial or residential mortgage lending.
• Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on client relationship development and retention.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including AML, OFAC, and Fair Lending.
• Bachelor's degree and NMLS license are preferred.
