TL;DR

Account Specialist (Sales): Managing client account registrations and providing support for enterprise solutions with an accent on client-centric experience and Salesforce administration. Focus on resolving client inquiries, maintaining accurate account documentation, and collaborating with the Government Accounts team to ensure seamless user experiences.

Location: Remote (USA). Must be able to meet travel requirements (approx. 3 times per year), including occasional travel to Staples, MN

Salary: $32.38 – $45.77 per hour

What you will do

  • Communicate with clients via phone, web, and live chat to provide product information and resolve inquiries.
  • Process and administer account registrations, verifying qualification levels and ensuring data integrity.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, complaints, and actions taken within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues for a seamless user experience.
  • Provide technical expertise, application administration, and training on Salesforce to the team.
  • Participate in the development of standard work instructions and policies related to account processes.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field and 1-4 years of experience in account management, business development, or client relations.
  • Proven experience working in a professional business environment serving internal or external customers.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work a regular schedule of 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Central Time.
  • Availability for onboarding and training (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time) during the first two months.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Case Management) or similar ticketing systems.
  • Spanish bilingual skills.
