Salary: $77,000 - $112,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end guest experiences, including white-glove concierge service, arrival logistics, and premium catering management.
• Manage complex scheduling across various internal teams and executives to ensure briefing segments are confirmed.
• Act as the central liaison between Account Owners and internal speakers to draft strategic agendas.
• Provide immediate, high-touch support for in-room AV technology to ensure frictionless presentations.
• Partner with building security and corporate safety teams to manage VIP access protocols.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in executive briefing centers, event communications, or sales enablement.
• Proven experience working closely with C-Suite and VP-level internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Excellent professional communication and writing skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
