What you will do

• Translate campaign strategies into detailed execution plans, workbacks, and deliverable schedules.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional workflows across creative, content, and channel teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to develop brand-aligned assets.
• Oversee approval processes with Legal, Brand, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare and deploy channel-ready assets for digital, email, web, and partner channels.
• Run standups and use project management tools like Asana to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in campaign management or marketing operations within a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional marketing programs.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with workbacks and workflow coordination.
• Experience working with creative agencies and content development processes.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Trello.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in King of Prussia, PA.
