Salary: $100,000 – $125,000

What you will do

• Execute event strategy and planning for internal and external events aligned with business goals and outcomes.
• Manage all logistics for conferences and tradeshows, including venue, vendors, booth coordination, and onsite support.
• Identify and evaluate industry events to advance company positioning in the data center market.
• Negotiate sponsorships, speaker opportunities, and exhibitor packages to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Support internal execution of strategy summits, leadership offsites, and onsite customer meetings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience managing corporate event strategy for conferences or large-scale events.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage sponsorships and exhibitor packages.
• Track record of leading end-to-end logistics, vendor management, and budget tracking.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to align event strategy with business objectives.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Must be based in the United States.
