Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 a year

What you will do

  • Serve as day-to-day owner for assigned Tier 1 and Tier 2 partner conferences and tradeshows, managing end-to-end logistics including booth coordination, registration, shipping, and on-site execution.
  • Execute sponsorship deliverables like booth presence, signage, demos, theater sessions, and speaking opportunities while aligning with field marketing, partner marketing, and sales on target accounts and strategies.
  • Support hirify.global-hosted national summits and virtual experiences by handling timelines, vendor coordination, venue selection, speaker readiness, and VIP executive experiences.
  • Assist in webinars and virtual events through scheduling, platform setup, registration management, content preparation, and post-event metrics tracking.
  • Manage merchandise inventory, ordering, shipping, and distribution for events, plus maintain documentation, budgets, and tracking tools like Monday.com or Salesforce.
  • Analyze event feedback and performance data to identify improvements and contribute to process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4+ years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, or event operations, preferably in B2B, technology, or IT services.
  • Strong event operations and logistics skills for managing multiple events with attention to detail across timelines, A/V, and registration.
  • Project management proficiency to handle priorities, deadlines, and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, alliances, and finance teams.
  • Willingness to travel 30-35%, including evenings and weekends during peak event seasons.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management, CRM, and marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Marketo.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting partner conferences, tradeshows, or large-scale industry events.
  • Familiarity with MDF processes, partner portals, and proof-of-performance requirements.
  • Experience with webinar and virtual event platforms.
