What you will do

• Build and execute field and channel marketing plans aligned with Public Sector GTM goals to ensure consistent messaging.
• Plan and execute local industry conferences, regional user groups, and field/channel activities.
• Develop and scale partner marketing strategies to increase partner-sourced pipeline and new business.
• Manage field marketing budgets and Market Development Funds (MDF), including proposal and performance review.
• Apply a data-driven approach to brand awareness and pipeline activities, providing detailed event success reports.
• Collaborate with regional sales and partnership teams to create co-branded campaigns and support market expansion.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in regional growth marketing, including tradeshows, forums, and executive experiences.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in managing event budgets, sponsorships, and cost optimization strategies.
• Ability to work across different time zones and collaborate with global teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
