What you will do

• Manage end-to-end integration, testing, and validation of new payout rails from kickoff to launch.
• Proactively monitor payment rail health, provider availability, and limits to prevent user impact.
• Lead operational responses during system outages, coordinating teams to restore steady state.
• Set up post-launch monitoring and surface quality issues to the Product team.
• Translate recurring operational processes into standardized SOPs for faster incident response.
• Scope cross-functional requests and prepare technical tickets for engineering, including API and dependency analysis.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in product operations, analytics, or fintech.
• Native or professional fluency in Spanish is required.
• High proficiency in English is required.
• Advanced experience with BI tools and SQL proficiency.
• Ability to read technical design docs and navigate API contracts and system dependencies.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to lead stakeholders without formal authority.
