What you will do

• Co-own the internal AI roadmap by identifying and prioritizing AI agent use cases across departments.
• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of at least 10 agentic workflows within the first 90 days.
• Translate business needs from stakeholders into technical specifications for the engineering team.
• Develop a data-driven framework to rank AI opportunities based on impact, cost, and ROI.
• Collaborate with dedicated engineers to scale internal AI capabilities and system performance.
• Stay at the forefront of agentic AI, specifically regarding RAG, fine-tuning, and new agent frameworks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Technical Product Management experience shipping complex backend systems, APIs, or data-intensive products.
• Deep passion for AI, including hands-on experimentation with LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute and ship products in fast-paced environments with a 2-week shipping cadence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills to negotiate requirements with department heads.
• Strong analytical rigor to build business cases and analyze performance metrics (latency, cost, success rate).
• Technical literacy to participate in architectural discussions regarding model performance and trade-offs.
