What you will do

• Lead end-to-end integration, testing, and validation of new payout rails from kickoff to launch.
• Proactively monitor payment rail status and provider availability to prevent user-facing issues.
• Coordinate operational responses during outages and drive systems back to steady state.
• Establish post-launch monitoring and surface product quality issues to the Product team.
• Manage short-turnaround cross-functional requests and prepare technical tickets for engineering.
• Create SOPs and runbook documentation for recurring operational processes.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in product ops, analytics, fintech, or technology.
• Proficiency with BI tools; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to analyze technical design docs, API contracts, and system dependencies.
• Native or professional fluency in Spanish and high proficiency in English.
• Strong emotional intelligence to lead stakeholders across diverse departments and cultures.
• Bias for action and comfort operating in a hyper-growth startup environment.
