What you will do

• Define and lead the long-term pricing strategy, managing trade-offs between volume, revenue, and market share.
• Standardize and lead the pricing experimentation framework, including multi-variate tests and sensitivity analyses.
• Partner with Finance leadership to align pricing decisions with company-wide profitability targets and LTV goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering to transition to an automated, rule-based, or ML-driven pricing engine.
• Ensure the front-end pricing remains the simplest and most transparent in the industry.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years focused on Pricing or Monetization in high-growth fintech.
• Proven track record of delivering company-level strategic impact.
• Expert knowledge of cross-border payment landscapes, FX mechanics, and Latin American user behavior.
• Strong quantitative background in Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics.
• Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
