What you will do
- Perform a comprehensive integrity audit of core HR data fields within Rippling to surface inconsistencies.
- Develop a People Data Governance Framework defining data ownership, correction cadences, and escalation paths.
- Design and build data-focused dashboards to help leadership identify trends and people insights.
- Map and document 5–8 core HR workflows to create a repeatable HR Operations SOP Playbook.
- Research and design a pilot use case for implementing AI in recruiting and performance management.
Requirements
- Rising junior or senior studying HR Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate data findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high attention to detail with messy, real-world data.
Nice to have
- Exposure to HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Workday, or BambooHR.
- Experience designing or documenting operational processes and workflows.
- Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) or SQL.
- Interest in the application of AI tools within HR or business operations.
