Salary: $147,000 – $172,900 (US) / €100,500 – €118,205 (Non-US)

What you will do

• Build features for qualitative data analysis using classical techniques and large language models (LLMs).
• Expand audience management to improve participant recruitment and reward systems worldwide.
• Integrate video and scheduling tools to streamline the user interview booking experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to design and ship new high-impact features.
• Establish best practices and frameworks to measure the impact of shipped features.
• Evaluate and improve the performance, maintainability, and security of production applications.

Requirements

• Proficiency with modern full-stack JavaScript (Node.js and React) and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Next.js, NestJS, GraphQL, and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS and/or Kubernetes.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to thrive and work effectively in a remote environment.
