What you will do

• Drive the commercial success of learning and enablement offerings across Americas enterprise accounts.
• Partner with sales and customer success teams to position learning as a key lever for customer adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Translate customer business goals into tailored enablement programs that accelerate transformation and ROI.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of customer training programs, from discovery and design to execution and analysis.
• Conduct learning diagnostics to identify skill gaps and adoption blockers to design impactful training strategies.
• Deliver high-quality blended learning experiences via virtual, classroom, and on-demand formats.

Requirements

• Proven track record of selling and implementing learning solutions into enterprise accounts within software or cloud technology.
• Deep understanding of the Americas enterprise landscape, industry verticals, and cultural nuances.
• Strong background in program management, enablement strategy, and L&D design.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for training as a critical ROI lever.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and build scalable enablement frameworks.
