TL;DR

Focus on developing integrated programs across paid channels, webinars, and partner programs while monitoring pipeline health and optimizing funnel performance.

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $150,000–$185,000 annually

What you will do

  • Own and execute demand generation strategy focused on marketing-sourced pipeline and meeting targets
  • Maintain pipeline health across verticals, identify risks, and activate programs to close gaps
  • Develop and oversee integrated campaigns across paid media, webinars, partners, and other channels
  • Manage paid demand budget, allocate spend based on needs, and support launches or underperforming segments
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to improve forecasting, funnel conversion, and revenue alignment
  • Use Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics for performance assessment, attribution, and stakeholder communication

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or pipeline roles, ideally B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software
  • Demonstrated ownership of pipeline targets, forecasting, gap identification, and program activation
  • Strong experience managing integrated campaigns across paid media, partners, webinars, and multi-channel motions
  • Revenue and data fluency with Salesforce for funnel analysis, attribution, and reporting
  • Experience optimizing paid demand budgets with business-need-based allocation
  • Cross-functional partnership skills with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and executives; comfort in fast-moving environments

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related
  • Experience in fraud, AML, compliance, or risk ecosystems
  • Background at early-stage or high-growth startups
  • Exposure to AI-driven demand gen, intent signals, or modern growth tools
  • Familiarity with forecasting, experimentation, and pipeline modeling
