Location: Hybrid (Must be within commutable distance of New York City, San Francisco, or Chicago; office attendance required Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Salary: $140,000 – $180,000

What you will do

  • Build and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and events using AI tools for segmentation.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign briefs, timelines, and project plans to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Partner with sales to translate pipeline needs into scalable campaign enablement and follow-up programs.
  • Collaborate with content and product marketing to create messaging that resonates with enterprise buying committees.
  • Manage performance metrics and optimize programs based on real-world data insights.
  • Own the marketing-to-sales handoff processes and implement lead routing automation.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of planning and measuring multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue impact.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and the messaging needed to influence buying committees.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Experience using AI as a force-multiplier for research, insights, and content iteration.
  • Must be based within commutable distance of NYC, San Francisco, or Chicago.
