TL;DR

Head of Demand Generation (Legal AI): Leading the North American SMB customer acquisition strategy for a category-leading legal tech platform with an accent on scaling revenue engines and evolving demand gen strategy. Focus on identifying new growth levers, managing high-performing teams, and positioning the company as the leader in Legal AI.

Location: Must be based in the US or Canada (excluding Québec). Hybrid setup for those near Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto hubs (minimum 2 days/week in office).

Salary: $192,000 – $288,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the North American SMB Demand Generation strategy and forward-looking roadmap.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 8+ demand generation professionals.
  • Define and own the contribution to pipeline and new SMB logo targets, including KPIs and reporting.
  • Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels and programs using a builder's mindset.
  • Drive the market narrative to position hirify.global as the leader in Legal AI across demand gen programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to integrate demand gen with the full acquisition funnel.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven success scaling SMB GTM strategies in high-scale organizations ($200M+ ARR).
  • Deep expertise across paid, organic, content, events, ABM, and PLG.
  • Experience building and leading teams of 8+ members.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada (excluding Québec).
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for reporting to leadership.
