What you will do

• Develop and lead the North American field strategy, selecting high-ROI events and community initiatives.
• Drive pipeline growth by designing programs that generate qualified meetings in collaboration with Sales and SDR teams.
• Manage end-to-end execution of marquee events like KubeCon, GitHub Universe, and AI dev summits.
• Build and maintain relationships with local engineering communities and AI/ML user groups.
• Lead co-marketing activations with ecosystem partners including GitHub, GitLab, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Organize executive engagement sessions, including customer advisory boards and C-level dinners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in field or integrated marketing within B2B SaaS or developer tools.
• Proven track record of executing flagship technical events with measurable pipeline outcomes.
• Deep familiarity with the developer tools and DevOps landscape.
• Strong experience co-building ABM motions and post-event SLAs with Sales teams.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and BI tools for data-driven reporting.
• Must be based in San Francisco for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to platform/DevOps teams or AI/ML practitioners.
• Background in scaling a Series A–C company past $10M ARR.
• Experience with PLG or community-led growth motions.
• Existing relationships with GitHub, GitLab, AWS, or Google Cloud partner programs.
