Business Operations Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in New York or San Francisco

Compensation: $80,000 – $105,000 base salary + equity

What you will do

• Design, operate, and streamline high-volume fulfillment workflows to deliver successful client outcomes.
• Automate recurring operational tasks to reduce manual intervention and measure efficiency gains.
• Build dashboards and perform analyses to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to launch new products and procedures.
• Partner with Finance to analyze operational inefficiencies and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain expertise in the data powering products to ensure accuracy and recency.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in consulting, finance, strategy, or business operations.
• Proven ability to design, scale, and maintain high-volume, software-driven systems.
• Strong data analysis skills, specifically with SQL and dashboard building.
• Ability to advise Product and Engineering teams on translating processes into internal and external products.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in New York or San Francisco.

• Experience at a B2B SaaS startup or financial services company.
• Exposure to vendor management or leading outsourced teams.
• Experience with unit-cost tracking for operational processes.
• Experience automating manual work using scripting, workflow tools, or AI-assisted tooling.
