What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Engineers, serving as trusted technical advisors to prospects.
- Build technical proof of concepts, demos, and tools to demonstrate value to customers at scale.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to align solutions with business needs.
- Respond to advanced technical product questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to capture customer feedback and shape the product roadmap.
- Represent at industry conferences and customer events to showcase the product vision.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience directly managing Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers, or Solutions Architects.
- Experience as an SE team leader building partnerships with sales leaders in a SaaS GTM organization.
- Proven ability to help customers leverage SaaS APIs and admin/end-user integrations.
- Experience initiating and managing complex technical projects to completion.
- Growth mindset and adaptability to a rapidly changing business environment.
Nice to have
- Experience as an early hire at a fast-growing startup.
- Proficiency in using .
- Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and AI-based tools.
- Coding experience to write basic scripts using the API.
- Experience designing and implementing relational databases.
