What you will do

• Lead discovery and requirements development for multi-department AI and automation initiatives.
• Drive business case development and measure value realization using ROI calculators.
• Partner with solution architects and AI/ML engineers to design agentic automation solutions.
• Advise Finance operational leaders on process improvement and standardization.
• Mentor Business Analysts and establish practice standards, templates, and requirements patterns.
• Lead UAT strategy, training, and change management planning for complex initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience OR Master's degree and 2 years of experience in business analysis, administration, or related fields.
• Must be based in the US.
• Not eligible for sponsorship / will not sponsor or transfer visas.
• Demonstrated experience with multi-department process design and building business cases.

Nice to have

• CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certifications.
• Working knowledge of automation, AI, agentic solutions, UiPath, or Copilot.
• Experience in healthcare, academic medical center, or non-profit finance environments.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
