TL;DR

Location: Fully remote within the U.S. (Los Angeles or Las Vegas preferred)

Salary: $125,000 - $130,000 USD annually

hirify.global Cloud Solutions provides digital cloud fax and interoperability solutions for the healthcare industry, leveraging AI and NLP to unify fragmented data systems.

What you will do

  • Administer CMS and LMS (Highspot), managing user lifecycles, permissions, and corporate governance.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to optimize site structure and maintain a branded Sales Repository.
  • Create and deliver platform training sessions and certification modules for internal users.
  • Benchmark and report on system usage and product statistics to drive operational improvements.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitive intelligence to advise executive leadership.
  • Manage project tracking via Jira and facilitate cross-functional collaboration via Slack.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience with Highspot or Market Research Methodologies.
  • Expert knowledge of CMS/LMS platform administration and user hierarchy management.
  • Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and Slack for team coordination.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in Highspot or Market Research Methodologies.
