What you will do
- Own and evolve core sales processes across the provider lifecycle to ensure scalability as the company grows.
- Lead end-to-end RevOps initiatives, including the evaluation and deployment of AI tools such as Attention, Clay, Glean, and Claude.
- Champion AI and automation across the revenue organization to reduce manual work and unlock faster insights.
- Partner with systems, strategy, enablement, and sales leadership to align tooling with business priorities.
- Use quantitative analysis to diagnose performance bottlenecks and recommend ROI-driven improvements.
- Communicate structured updates and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy within high-growth, complex environments.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered tools (conversation intelligence, workflow automation) and a clear vision for AI in RevOps.
- Strong track record of leading large, cross-functional projects involving systems and process changes.
- High data literacy with the ability to use data to diagnose problems and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to translate high-level strategy into practical, rep-ready workflows.
- Must be based in the USA (New York context).
