What you will do

• Deliver expert business analysis for data and AI-driven projects, identifying and defining business needs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and lifecycle management, including traceability, risks, and validation.
• Translate business requirements into design specifications for processes, UI, and functional design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize solutions, evaluate proposals, and support business case development with ROI focus.
• Work with architecture, engineering teams, and external vendors to ensure solution feasibility and Agile delivery using Jira.
• Contribute to stakeholder management, communication plans, and change initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written) - mandatory
• Proven experience as Business Analyst in IT/data-related projects, ideally healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience in clinical trials or pharma-related data projects and regulated environments (e.g., GxP).
• Strong requirements engineering, business analysis methodologies, and Agile practices (user stories, Jira).
• Experience with complex integrated systems, virtual collaboration in distributed teams, and external vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills; proficiency with MS Office and Jira.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/GenAI-related projects.
• Certification in Business Analysis or related discipline.
