What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding engagements aligned with delivery frameworks, timelines, and scope.
• Configure SaaS applications based on customer requirements and best practices; guide through setup, validation, and go-live.
• Deliver end-user and administrator training; provide guidance and recommendations for adoption.
• Maintain documentation, track progress, and collaborate with project managers on planning and reporting.
• Leverage AI tools, data insights, and automation to improve efficiency and identify risks early.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding workflows.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (no OPT, H-1B, or other visas).
• Experience delivering SaaS onboarding or implementation engagements.
• Strong customer-facing communication, facilitation, and training skills.
• Technical aptitude for system configuration and solution setup.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements with attention to detail and structured frameworks.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
