TL;DR
Onboarding Consultant (SMB) (SaaS): Leading successful onboarding, configuration, and activation of SaaS solutions for new SMB customers with an accent on structured delivery frameworks, customer training, and AI-enabled practices. Focus on guiding setup, validation, risk identification, and ensuring smooth transitions to active product usage and adoption.
Location: Columbus, GA or Atlanta, GA. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

What you will do
- Lead customer onboarding engagements aligned with delivery frameworks, timelines, and scope.
- Configure SaaS applications based on customer requirements and best practices; guide through setup, validation, and go-live.
- Deliver end-user and administrator training; provide guidance and recommendations for adoption.
- Maintain documentation, track progress, and collaborate with project managers on planning and reporting.
- Leverage AI tools, data insights, and automation to improve efficiency and identify risks early.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding workflows.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (no OPT, H-1B, or other visas).
- Experience delivering SaaS onboarding or implementation engagements.
- Strong customer-facing communication, facilitation, and training skills.
- Technical aptitude for system configuration and solution setup.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements with attention to detail and structured frameworks.
- Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
