What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for priority roles across Technical, GTM, G&A, and Risk/Compliance domains.
- Develop creative positioning and A/B test messaging to attract top-tier operators.
- Monitor and optimize recruitment metrics to consistently exceed targets.
- Partner with the global Talent & People organization to advance the company's talent brand.
- Execute a quality-first hiring strategy to build a lean team of A+ talent.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in Technical, GTM, G&A, or regulated functions (finance, risk, compliance).
- Experience in high-accountability environments such as startups or fintech.
- Must be based in Salt Lake City and work from the office 5 days a week.
- Deep knowledge of the Salt Lake City financial talent market.
- Proven ability to run disciplined searches and coach hiring managers.
- Strong persuasive communication and storytelling skills.
