What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for priority roles across Technical, GTM, G&A, and Risk/Compliance domains.
• Develop creative positioning and A/B test messaging to attract top-tier operators.
• Monitor and optimize recruitment metrics to consistently exceed targets.
• Partner with the global Talent & People organization to advance the company's talent brand.
• Execute a quality-first hiring strategy to build a lean team of A+ talent.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in Technical, GTM, G&A, or regulated functions (finance, risk, compliance).
• Experience in high-accountability environments such as startups or fintech.
• Must be based in Salt Lake City and work from the office 5 days a week.
• Deep knowledge of the Salt Lake City financial talent market.
• Proven ability to run disciplined searches and coach hiring managers.
• Strong persuasive communication and storytelling skills.
