What you will do
- Drive new business acquisition and manage renewals for Total Reward & Pay (KF Architect) solutions.
- Lead strategic, multi-year enterprise deals end-to-end.
- Act as a trusted advisor to sophisticated organizations in the Sweden and Norway regions.
- Partner directly with CHROs and Reward leaders to align talent strategy.
- Manage high-value accounts with a high degree of autonomy and influence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Enterprise HR SaaS seller.
- Strong background in complex, consultative sales.
- Ability to engage and partner with C-level executives (CHROs) and Reward leaders.
- Flexibility to travel for face-to-face client engagement.
- Experience managing high-value accounts independently.
