What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth for your restaurant portfolio by selling hirify.global solutions and optimizing performance.
  • Act as primary contact, building long-term relationships and providing support via email and phone.
  • Develop promotional plans with marketing, including festivals, YUMS, and special offers.
  • Negotiate conditions to improve restaurant margins and seat occupancy.
  • Monitor compliance with T&Cs, quality policies, and ensure excellent user experience.
  • Train restaurants on tools and relay user feedback to improve products.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish and English; additional languages appreciated.
  • At least 2 years in account management or similar role.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with negotiation skills over phone.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management and commercial levers.
  • Analytical, creative, able to build trust and manage KPIs autonomously.
  • Handle multiple projects and high-volume activity.

Nice to have

  • Experience in internet, digital, or tech sector.
  • Background in pitching promotions or deals.
  • Managing high-volume calls (20–50 daily) and large portfolios (300–800 accounts).
  • Thriving in fast-paced environments.
