What you will do

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution for complex enterprise-level accounts to achieve business goals.
• Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data.
• Serve as a strategic leader by providing coaching, escalation support, and auditing accounts within the department.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify knowledge gaps and develop training materials and process improvements.
• Employ AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes and workflows.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SEM (Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display, and Bing Ads).
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and expert knowledge of funnel marketing.
• Experience with bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development for enterprise accounts.
