What you will do
- Develop and champion innovative paid search strategies aligning with client goals, including campaign structure, budgeting, targeting, bidding, ad copy, and landing page optimization.
- Lead and mentor a team of paid search specialists, overseeing performance management, resource allocation, and collaboration with offshore teams.
- Serve as primary client contact, leading presentations, strategy reviews, and cross-team collaborations for integrated media solutions.
- Direct execution and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Amazon Ads to meet KPIs and ROAS/ROI targets.
- Oversee performance analysis, testing methodologies, audience segmentation, and attribution for continuous improvement.
- Maintain expertise in platforms, analytics, privacy regulations, and foster relationships with platform representatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in paid search (PPC/SEM) with leadership in media agency or client-side.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale strategies exceeding ROAS/ROI targets.
- Experience leading and mentoring paid search teams.
- Expert proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Search Ads 360, and web analytics like Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment; passion for paid search innovation.
