Location: Hybrid - Lisbon, Portugal. Based in Lisbon, drive projects during EMEA hours with communication to US stakeholders.

What you will do

• Execute global SEM strategy: build, launch, and manage paid search campaigns to drive high-quality leads.
• Master emerging platforms: apply keywords, headlines, and intent to AI-driven search like ChatGPT.
• Manage proactive roadmap: identify growth opportunities, create project plans, propose experiments.
• Uncover insights: analyze data from Sigma, GA4, Salesforce to explain trends and implement optimizations.
• Lead experimentation & CRO: run A/B tests on ads/bidding, optimize landing pages with Web/Content teams.
• Collaborate: align search with Product Marketing, Web, and Digital Performance Manager for launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years dedicated PPC/SEM in B2B SaaS, managing large-scale global accounts.
• Proactive mindset for AI-driven search platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with tools like Sigma/Tableau.
• Experience with CRO and landing page tools.
• Independence during EMEA hours, reliable communication with US stakeholders across time zones.
• Clear English communication of complex data.
