What you will do

• Own the implementation and evolution of the site’s QMS, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS9100.
• Coordinate internal audit programs and act as the primary liaison for 3rd-party Certification Bodies.
• Analyze site quality metrics and trends in customer service and quoting accuracy to recommend strategic improvements.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (CAPA) activities and verify the effectiveness of non-conformance investigations.
• Manage the Document Change Management process, including the Quality Manual and procedure revisions.
• Conduct QMS training for site personnel and improve team proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Chesterfield, MO
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Operations, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field.
• 7–10 years of hands-on experience managing a QMS certified to ISO 9001:2015.
• Expert-level knowledge of Root Cause/Corrective Action protocols and CAPA systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QMS automation software.

Nice to have

• Experience with IATF 16949 or AS9100 standards.
• Lead or Internal Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or IATF 16949).
