What you will do

• Serve as the SME, trainer, and administrator for APQP processes and implementation initiatives.
• Plan and execute APQP and Business Systems process maturity assessments to identify gaps.
• Lead and execute projects to improve business systems processes with measurable tracking.
• Monitor and manage the health and execution of the SDG document control process.
• Develop and deliver process training materials across various organizational levels.
• Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate implementation where requirements are ambiguous.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality or business systems management or process development.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong understanding of integrated quality and business management systems.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Willingness to travel 5-10%.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of APQP-PPAP requirements (e.g., AS9145, IATF 16949).
• Experience with risk evaluation tools like DFMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
• Experience in training development and delivery across organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint for building collaboration environments.
