What you will do

• Lead quality operations and supervise quality engineers, data technicians, and technical staff.
• Act as the primary interface for the customer (Voice of the Customer) to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Develop and optimize onboarding standard work and command media procedures for the Quality Management System.
• Facilitate internal and external audits (AS9100D) as well as US Government audits.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles such as KAIZEN and Value Stream Mapping.
• Support the integration of AI for data collection, metrics optimization, and compliance risk mitigation.

Requirements

• BS Degree in technical engineering or a quality-related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality-centric roles (compliance, operations, program, or supplier quality).
• Expert knowledge of AS9100D, ISO9001:2015, and other industry quality standards.
• Proficiency in CAPA and problem-solving methodologies for causal analysis.
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen or lawful permanent resident) due to government contractual requirements.

Nice to have

• Minimum 5+ years of experience specifically as a Compliance or Quality Manager.
• Advanced degree in a technical engineering, quality, or operations-related field.
