Salary: $145,100 - $188,700

What you will do

• Lead quality management and continuous improvement activities using lean concepts across multiple geographical sites.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize operational efficiencies and product safety.
• Manage the transfer of technology programs for products moving from Sweden to the US.
• Oversee the Quality Management System, including internal/external audits and Management Reviews.
• Perform formal root cause analysis and utilize risk assessment tools (PFMEAs) to identify and reduce risks.
• Develop the quality team through internal and external educational and experiential opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Aerospace or Defense.
• 5+ years in a Quality management role within Aerospace or Defense.
• Experience deploying and certifying an ISO9001 Quality System; AS9100 and CMMI experience is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and project management skills with a proven track record of implementing improvements.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
