Salary: $24.00–$36.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections of hardware against engineering drawings and industry specifications.
• Create and maintain inspection documentation, including FAIRs, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and End Item Data Packages (EIDPs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Manage and drive Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to closure, supporting disposition and verification.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Conduct product testing on hardware to verify performance and quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Technical Degree preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, production, or manufacturing roles.
• Hands-on experience inspecting harnesses to IPC-620 or NASA 8739.4 Class 3.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and NCR processes.
• Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Green Card, Refugee, or Asylee) to comply with ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience inspecting aerospace or defense hardware.
• IPC-620, IPC-610, and NASA-STD-8739.4 certifications.
• Previous experience working at a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
