Salary: $95,000–$114,000 Annually

What you will do

• Develop complex production and development inspection plans for receiving, assembly, and first article inspections.
• Administer cost-effective Quality Programs, including traceability, contamination, and configuration control plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual quality requirements and coordinate audits with customers and regulatory agencies.
• Perform technical product and process improvement studies using SPC, regression, and Design of Experiments.
• Conduct complex failure analysis to identify root causes and implement closed-loop corrective actions.
• Provide technical direction to QA technicians and associate engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or similar STEM field).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Proficiency in statistical methods, spreadsheet software, and database packages.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis and handling non-conformances for mission-critical products.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AS9100, ASME Y14.5, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, or MIL standards.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection Report generation.
