Salary: $95,000–$114,000 Annually

What you will do
- Develop complex production and development inspection plans for receiving, assembly, and first article inspections.
- Administer cost-effective Quality Programs, including traceability, contamination, and configuration control plans.
- Ensure compliance with contractual quality requirements and coordinate audits with customers and regulatory agencies.
- Perform technical product and process improvement studies using SPC, regression, and Design of Experiments.
- Conduct complex failure analysis to identify root causes and implement closed-loop corrective actions.
- Provide technical direction to QA technicians and associate engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or similar STEM field).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in electronics manufacturing.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in statistical methods, spreadsheet software, and database packages.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis and handling non-conformances for mission-critical products.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AS9100, ASME Y14.5, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, or MIL standards.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection Report generation.
