What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design scalable solutions, data models, security, automation, and integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and drive DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, data privacy, and establish FinOps practices.
• Conduct workshops, requirements gathering, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop prototypes and solutions using full life-cycle methodologies.

Requirements

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or current NACLC (U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
• 6+ years of experience in an IT-related field
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication skills
