What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of KF Nimble Recruit and other partner talent acquisition technologies.
• Implement comprehensive Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) technologies for new and existing clients.
• Lead consultative engagements to analyze current state business challenges related to talent acquisition.
• Convert business plans into functional technical solutions through setup and configuration.
• Manage the full deployment cycle, including testing and go-live phases.

Requirements

• Previous experience implementing talent acquisition software.
• Experience delivering full end-to-end deployment cycles.
• Ability to facilitate current and future state process discussions.
• Proficiency in software setup, configuration, and testing.
• Must be based in the US (specifically residents of NY, CO, CA, WA, HI, DC, NJ, MD, IL, MA, or OH).
