Salary: $103,000 – $130,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations of accounting and assurance solutions, from requirements gathering and design to testing and go-live.
• Act as the primary solution authority for client engagements, providing expert guidance on hirify.global functionality and workflow optimization.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, compliant software configurations.
• Manage senior client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to escalate issues and provide product feedback.
• Mentor Associate Consultants and provide technical leadership through solution reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing SaaS role serving the accounting profession OR 4 years in an audit, accounting, or professional services firm.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end software implementations, including configuration and go-live support.
• Strong understanding of accounting and assurance workflows and professional standards.
• Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders and own delivery outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills in a professional services environment.
