What you will do

• Identify and onboard qualified third-party originator and broker accounts.
• Participate in sales calls to identify client needs and growth opportunities.
• Provide account training on systems, policies, and loan products.
• Serve as a primary liaison between accounts and internal operations teams.
• Monitor pipeline progress and track account activity for management reporting.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Warwick, RI
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
