TL;DR

IT Manager (Corporate IT): Leading and evolving the internal technology environment for a distributed international team with an accent on application lifecycle management, process standardization, and security compliance. Location: Calgary, AB / Bogota, Colombia (Offices also in Cleveland, USA and Lviv, Ukraine)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end application lifecycle, including evaluation, rollout, support, and optimization of internal tools.
• Standardize onboarding/offboarding processes and improve helpdesk workflows across international offices.
• Oversee vendor relationships, SaaS subscriptions, and hardware/software procurement to optimize costs.
• Lead SOC 2 compliance efforts, maintain Vanta repositories, and conduct internal risk assessments.
• Lead the helpdesk support team and partner with HR and Engineering to deliver durable IT solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant corporate IT experience.
• Proven expertise in SaaS management and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success with security frameworks and SOC 2 compliance programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and comfort working with GitHub and AWS.
• Experience in project management with successful rollouts of enterprise systems.
• English fluency (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with PSA or ERP implementation.
• Experience operating within distributed, international organizations.
• Exposure to SaaS rationalization and cost optimization initiatives.
