Location: Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid). Must be based in or able to work from the Helsinki region. No relocation support offered.

What you will do
- Own and run day-to-day IT operations, covering identity, access, endpoints, networks, and internal tools.
- Manage the full user lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure environment audit readiness and compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards.
- Operate endpoint management across macOS, Windows, and Linux, including patching and security monitoring.
- Administer and improve SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Linear, and HiBob.
- Drive efficiency through automation, scripting, and experimentation with AI tools.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with IT systems in a corporate environment.
- Experience managing endpoints (macOS, Windows, or Linux) and familiarity with MDM and security tools.
- Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Working knowledge of networks, including WLAN, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience with vulnerability and patch management to keep systems up to date.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Helsinki region in a hybrid setup.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a SaaS or cloud-focused environment.
- Familiarity with tools like JumpCloud or CrowdStrike.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 or SOC 2 frameworks.
- Experience building automations or implementing AI tools in IT workflows.
