Salary: $134,000 - $168,000 USD (US) / $119,000 - $149,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

• Lead, scale, and mentor a high-caliber IT engineering team, managing performance and career growth.
• Define the technical direction for back-office software and IT tooling to provide measurable user value.
• Own IT tooling management, including vendor relationships and procurement processes.
• Design and execute novel technical solutions for complex, unbounded infrastructure problems.
• Manage end-user support systems, including Directory Services, SSO, and RBAC models.
• Collaborate with the Director of Security to align roadmaps and ensure organizational security.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience in fast-paced environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading IT engineers in remote or hybrid settings.
• 5+ years of experience deploying Enterprise technology (MDM for Windows/OSX, Okta, gSuite, Atlassian).
• 5+ years in end-user support including Directory Services and Procurement Support.
• Experience leading agile ceremonies such as grooming, standups, and retrospectives.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is preferred.
